Kerstin Oleta is the CEO and Founder of The Business Leadership Excellence Institute, a training and coaching company that helps women leaders achieve excellence in their professional and personal lives. With 30 years of training and performing in theater and opera, Kerstin has acquired an in-depth knowledge of all levels of communication. Kerstin brings her unique skills, talents, and understanding of non-verbal communication and achieving success to life. She has trained and coached thousands of women leaders from various industries and sectors, helping them increase their impact and influence and reach their full potential.

Joie Gharrity is the Founder of Joie G 113, a brand consulting, livestream content creation, podcasting, author, and international speaker, She works with women entrepreneurs to stand out in their market and increase their visibility and influence. She worked in the Hollywood entertainment industry for 15+ years at top companies, in film, television, original web content, and branded entertainment. She was hand-picked by the ABC Studio President to launch the first multi-media startup business for The Walt Disney Company. Joie is passionate about helping women leaders leverage their personal and professional brand to achieve their goals and dreams.

Kelly is the President of LeapFrog Promotions, a marketing and promotional company founded in San Antonio, TX in 2010. Kelly headed up Marketing over a 6-state region for Enterprise Rent-a-Car up until 2003. After that, Kelly consulted retail and credit unions on creating promotions to bring in more business and training those companies to cross-sell those promotions to create more loyalty from their customers/members. When Kelly wasn't traveling all over the U.S. he was assisting local cities and Economic Development Corporations with their marketing initiatives.
