Abundance Principles Focus Groups

Join accountability groups that help women to connect with other female professionals in their industry type and create outcome driven goals to upgrade your performance and practices in the Abundance Principles. Meetings are scheduled with a Certified BLEI Facilitator the 1st week of every month. 

Femme-preneur Report

Access to the Femme-preneur Report, a national database of at least 50% women-owned businesses to encourage women to connect and do business together. available to WLC members only and Founding WLC Members receive their first year FREE!

Welcome to the Women’s Leadership Coalition. A virtual table where women will gather, collaborate, and mastermind in excellence.  Founder and owner, Kerstin Oleta began working with Fortune 500 companies over 6 years ago, and through the work of elevating cohesive team management and executive presence, also tapped into the value of women leading these groups and organizations.  It was evident to see that Empowered Women Empower Women and the World. Thus the Women’s Leadership Coalition was born.

WLC is designed to offer a space for collaboration between women in business, create a motivated and authentic referral network, and leave a positive impact for women around the world.
